IMPORTANT NOTES for Windows NT4/2000/XP users
================================================
In this section are some IMPORTANT NOTES about INSTALLING and REGISTERING
ComPair for Windows NT4/2000/XP users.

Please note that:
ComPair 2.0 can only be installed and registered on a system where
the user has Administrator rights. After INSTALLING and REGISTERING
other users on the machine can also use ComPair 2.0.

If you do not know if you have Aministrator rights then just try to
install ComPair 2.0. If no error messages appear there are no problems.
If they do then please contact your help desk or local IT support.

In case ComPair is installed on a NT4/2000/XP system, all the data files
ComPair uses are installed in a directory in the root of the drive where
the program is installed.
Examples:
  ComPair is installed in
    C:\Program Files\ComPair 2.0
All datafiles are then installed in
    C:\ComPair Data

  ComPair is installed in
    D:\Program Files\ComPair 2.0
All datafiles are then installed in
    D:\ComPair Data

In
  :\Program Files\ComPair 2.0
is a file called
  APPDATA.INI
in which the location of the data files is given. ComPair uses this
information to locate the data files.

This means that if you decide to manually move the data files to an
other location you will have to modify the file
  :\Program Files\ComPair 2.0\APPDATA.INI
accordingly.
