P- Unit less than 30 days old, cust is shipped a new unit 48 hr delivery.  Between 30 days and 1 yr.. Customer is offered a loaner while being repaired.  During yrs 2 and 3, customer must ship to Philips Factory Service for repair.  Call 1-888-744-5477.
