06.01 TYPENUMBER(S): AJ3930

      SYMPTOM         :    IRIS CODE C 5 4 1
                          Noise is audible when microprocessor IC 7400 has been replaced.

      CURE            : When IC 7400 has been replaced by the latest software version
                        (4822 209 32849), the following 2 parts should be added:
                        2253 4822 121 51387 10nF/16V 20%
                        6251 4822 130 34173 Zener diode 5.6V

      REMARKS         : Above mentioned components are located on the CD board.
                        For details see Service Information A93-584 (4822 725 24559).


06.02 TYPENUMBER(S): AJ3940

      SYMPTOM         :    IRIS CODE A 1 6 X
                          Disc clamper is loosen out of CD door.

      CURE            : The latch which fixes the clamper on the CD Door is out of
                        specification.
                        Service solution is to add glue onto the latch.

      REMARKS         : Mould of CD Door has been modified and has been implemented in
                        production from week 9838 onwards.

      INFORMATION     : Additional information to Service Manual:
                        The Cassette Door Assembly 4822 443 11087 includes the following
                        items: 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 15, 18, 19, 30, 31, 32, E3
