06.01 TYPENUMBER(S): AQ5460

      SYMPTOM        :    IRIS CODE 1 5 4 2
                         Hiss is audible on recordings.

      CURE           : Phenomenon is caused by unstability of the bias oscillator.
                       Change resistor 3732 from 10 to 15 (4822 116 52182).

      REMARKS        : Modification has been implemented in production from week 0014
                       onwards.


06.02 TYPENUMBER(S): AZ1030, AZ1035

      INFORMATION    : To solve the problem ,,skips tracks due to acoustic feedback" the CD-
                       clamper assembly (items 428, 429 and 431) has been replaced by
                       the new clamper assembly (3140 117 59800) .

      REMARKS        : New CD-clamper assemblies are used in production from week 0024
                       onwards.


06.03 TYPENUMBER(S): AZ1040, AZ1045, AZ1120

      INFORMATION    : To solve the problem ,,skips tracks due to acoustic feedback" the CD-
