PICTURE
The screen is very white and may have flyback lines.
Fault 1: Check the IC 7380 (TDA 8153) on the CRT board (video amplifier).

No sound or picture.
Fault 1 Check T7039 and if necessary D6039.

Picture fault in tuner and scart.
Fault 1 Check the earthing to the sheeting from the quartz and TDA8452.

Purity fault.
Fault 1 Repeat any adjustments made to the G2 voltage.

Interference lines when cold but not when warm.
Fault 1 Check TEA5101 on the A/P.

The sound is correct but no picture.
Fault 1 Check C2346 (100nF).

When warm the raster pulls and the BU blows.
Fault 1 Check the C2459 capacitors.

No picture, only teletext.
Fault 1: Situation may occur after high voltage flash over or after lightening has struck (nearby). When
appliance is switched on, bypass R3348 for a short period of time. R3348 is between pin 9 IC7350
(TDA8390) and ground.

Vertical lines/waves at the left of the picture. Poor colour and sync.
