Background: The dishwasher is exhibiting several symptoms related to the door not closing
properly or opening during the cycle. These symptoms include, but are not limited to, stopping
during the cycle, water leaks, LE error codes, and condensation forming on counter tops. There
are several possible scenarios that can cause the door not to close properly or to open during the
cycle. Please see the list of scenarios below.

Solutions: If any of the above scenarios described above are the cause of the issue, please follow
the solution below that corresponds to the scenario above to resolve the problem.

    1. Inspect the four points labelled A, B, C, and D. Make sure that the rack is properly seated
on the rail and the rail clip is completely installed.

Make sure the Wash The rail clip is

       labelled A, B, C, and D.
                                                       and push forward. the rail.

    2. If the sub PCB wire is interfering with the door latch, tape the sub PCB wires to the control
panel as shown in the picture below.

Tape the sub PCB wire to
                                                    the panel in the area
                                                        shown above

    3. Make sure that the customer is distributing the load on the middle wash rack evenly. If the
rack is too heavy in the back, it can cause the wash rack to move down slightly. If this
occurs, the spray arm will dock improperly with the main duct. In addition, emphasize to the
customer that they should use the middle handle on the wash rack.

Wash rack is not docking Use the middle handle.
