3. Disassembly and Reassembly
This section of the service manual describes the disassembly and reassembly procedures for the LN46B550K1F LCD TV.
    WARNING: This LCD TV contains electrostatically sensitive devices. Use caution when handling these components.

3-1. Disassembly and Reassembly
   Cautions: 1. Disconnect the LCD TV from the power source before disassembly.
             2. Follow these directions carefully; never use metal instruments to pry apart the cabinet.

 1. Place the TV face down on cushioned table.
    Remove 4 screws from the Stand.
    Remove stand.

2. Remove the 14 screws of rear-cover.
   (32" - 10, 37" - 13, 40" - 11, 52" - 14)




3. Lift up the rear-cover.




4. Remove the left and right speaker.




5. Remove the 4 screws of main board and
   8 screws of IP board.
   (Main board : 32"/37"/40"/52" - 4
    IP board : 32"/37" - 5, 40" - 7, 52" - 6)

6. Remove the 2 screws of bracket TOP.
   Remove the 8 screws of bracket stand link.
   46"/52" - Remove the 4 screws of bracket
   wall. (Top : 32"/37"/40"/52" - 2
   Stand link : 32" - 7, 37"/40"/52" - 8)




7. Lift up the bracket TOP and stand link.
   46"/52" - Lift up the bracket wall.

8. Lift up the panel.




 Reassembly procedures are in the reverse order of disassembly procedures.

Caution : Remove carefully because LVDS cable is weak when change panel
Note : Assembly and disassembly method of B540 is same B550
