SUBJECT : One clolor missing due to capacitor failure.

Background : Capacitor CG04,CR04,CB04 on video board could fail due to reverse voltage inflow.
              Reverse voltage inflows into these capacitors when DPMS mode of monitor is turned off.
              This reverse voltage can cause capacitor failure.
              * Symptom : one color missing. (Red or Green or Blue)




Solution :    Replace 3 capacitors for all returned monitor to prevent future failure.(plus one service)
              - Defective Range : monitor produced until Oct.2002
              - Model : AN15V* , AN17L* , AN17K*
