3. Disassembly and Reassemble
This section describes the disassembly and reassembly sequences for this monitor.
    WARNING: As this monitor has parts that are sensitive to static electricity, be careful when handling them.

3-1. Disassembly
   Cautions:    1. Turn the monitor off before beginning the disassembly process.
                2. Disassemble the monitor carefully as directed in the following procedures.
                3. When disassembling the monitor, do not use any metal tools except for the provided jig.

               1. Place the monitor down onto a table
                  covered by a soft cloth and remove
                  the 4 screws from the stand.




               2. Remove 4 screws.

             3. Seperate the Inverter Cable from the
                SMPS.

             4. Remove the LVDS cable.




             5. Remove the cable from the
                SHIELD-COVER.




  ASSY
 CHASSIS     6. Remove the cable.




             7. Remove the hexagonal screws from
                the bottom of the Shield.

                8. Seperate the Function Cable and the
                   Speaker Cable from the Main Board.



Function Wire




                9. Remove the four (4) screws from both
                   sides of the speakers.

                10. Remove the Panel and Chassis,
                    separate the Speaker and Function
                    wire from the Decoration and then
                    separate the Decoration.

 Decoration




                11 Remove the 9 screws, lift the board,
                   and seperate the cable.

              12. Assemble the product in the reverse
                  order of the disassembly. When
                  closing the cover, close the lower side
                  of the cover first.
              (Otherwise, the product may be damaged.)
