Symptom:
  (**)          When making a digital recording from a CD, the MDS-501 may assign more tracks
                than originally on the Compact Disc.



Solution:       Replace IC210, which is on the digital board, with the improved version. The
                improved version is CXD-8495AQ, the part number is 8-759-294-79.
