(1111) Dead
Solution: If the +17 volt line rises to above +19v, C612, C613, or C614 may fail. If the set is
found to have either C612, C613, or C614 defective please change the following
capacitors on the F Board:

C609 100uf/20v 1-127-519-11
C612 1000uf/25v 1-115-789-11
C613 1000uf/25v 1-115-789-11
C614 1000uf/25v 1-115-789-11
After replacing the capacitors check that the +17 volt line is between 17-19 volts.
