Symptom:
 (118X)                CRT X-Ray label may not come with a replacement CRT.

Solution:                When replacing the CRT if the X-Ray label is not on the replacement CRT then the
                         label below must be ordered and mounted on the replacement CRT.
                         See figures 1 and 2. For label and mounting locations.
