   by Toshiba Corporation ("Toshiba").
2. Toshiba hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.
3. You may not rent, lease, or sub-license the Software to other parties.
4. The content of the Software is confidential and you may not disclose it to other parties.
5. You may not make copies of the Software. You further agree to protect this Software from unauthorized use, illegal reproduction,
   or illicit distribution.
6. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.
7. THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED AS IS. TOSHIBA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
   INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT
   WILL TOSHIBA BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS. LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL
   OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. EVEN IF TOSHIBA HAS
   BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. This Agreement shall be terminated, without any further notice, when revised versioin of the Software is released by Toshiba. In
   addition, Toshiba may, at any time, terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice. Upon termination of this Agreement,
   you must crash the CD-ROM disc on which the Software is contained.
9. In addition to the above, you are required to comply with the terms and conditions for use of Acrobat Reader. Toshiba expressly
   disclaims any warranties with respect to Acrobat Reader.
