use du ring th is period . W avete k 's o bligatio n under this wa r ranty is limited solely
to re p airing any s u c h instrument wh ic h , in Wavete k ' sole opinion, p roves to be
d efective wit h in t h e sco p e of t h e warranty wh e n ret u r ned to the factory ur to
