      Subject:    CD Door Problem

      Symptom:    CD drawer opens halfway then jams

      Cause:      If the unit is dropped during transportation, the CD changer mechanism base may
                  dislodge out of position from the slot on the front panel rib. As a result, the
                  CD mechanism base is twisted resulting in the above symptom.
