Subject : Tape jaming or gear noise
Objective Model :
Symptom : Roll up spring inside of cassette compartment is deformed. This caused follwing problems.
1. The cassette insertion is difficult .
2. In the worst case, the tape gets jammed or mechanism generates gear noise .
Cause : Deffective roll up spring has been used in production line in JVC Malaysia
Remedy : Remove roll up spring by cutting it off.

Prepare Nipper as below to avoid cut piece Insert Jig to open cassette compartment.

Action on production :
Retreaved the original condition from the production of Aug.13th.
