Subject: The overall screen colour becomes reddish/pinky after a period of time.

Symptom / The problem is caused by the backlight aging.
Cause:
Remedy / If the set software version is prior to 3.587 or earlier, upgrade the software to version 3.592
Method: Note: When replacing either the LCD panel or the A-PCB, please refer to the "LifetimeUpdate" section.
Software Update Procedure
1. Obtain a copy of the software file "P143_3592.zip" from your ususal service source.
2. Uncompress the software.
3. Copy the "SDDL.SEC" file to the root directory of a USB memory device.
4. Turn on the TV, then insert the USB memory device prepared in step 3 into the USB terminal of the the TV.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the software.
