Cause:                   This problem can occur on rare occasions due to certain combinations of the component
                         tolerances.


Remedy / The issue can be improved by changing R871 on the P-PCB (Part No: TNP0EP015AA)
Method: to 2.7k, 0.5W. (Part Number: ERDS1TJ272T)
