Subject: SD Card compatibility problem.

Symptom / After watching photos from an SD Card on the listed PDP TV models, when the SD Card is placed
back into some manufacturers digital still camera "CARD NOT INITALIZED" is displayed.
Cause:
This issue has arisen from an improvement in the TV operating system.
Remedy / 1. Use a PC to recover the SD Card data. 2. Upgrade the set's firmware according to the table below.
Method: This applies to: European models prior to S/No: F*0220001, North American models - see table

2. Software Upgrade Procedure:
1) Download and uncompress the software for the model to be upgraded, rename the file to "SDDL.SEC",
then copy the renamed "SDDL.SEC" file to the root directory of an SD card.
2) Turn on the TV set and wait for the default screen to appear.
3) Insert the SD card into the TV set SD card slot --> The software uploading application will launch
Please wait while the warning text / release note is displayed (about 30 seconds).
4) Using the cursor keys and OK button on the remote control, follow the on-screen instructions to start download
from the SD card --> the service download starts.
5) Wait until the progress bar reaches 100% (about 5 minutes) and the TV displays the message
"SD Download complete!!" on the TV screen. Follow the onscreen instructions
6) Remove the SD card from the SD card slot.
7a) European Models: Turn the TV set off.
b) North American Models: Press and hold the POWER button on the TV for 5 seconds
8a) European Models: Turn the TV set back on. b) North American Models: Release the POWER button.
- The TV will power up with the message "System initializing" displayed on the screen
while the set reboots. Do not turn off the TV set until the message disappears (this takes about about 3 minutes).
9) Once the process is complete, the default screen should appear.
10) Once the software upgrade is complete, perform a self-check on the TV to confirm the software version.
