Tension Adjustment
CAUTION:                                                   13. Set the No. 1 piston at TDC (see page 6-13).
  Always adjust the balancer belt tension with the
  engine cold.                                             14. Rotate the crankshaft clockwise one turn.
  Do not rotate the crankshaft when the adjusting bolt
  is loose.                                                15. Loosen the balancer belt adjusting bolt 180
