Turn Signal/Hazard Flasher System
 Turn Signal/Hazard Relay Input Test
 1.    Remove the driver's side kick panel, then remove
      the turn signal/hazard relay from the under-dash
      fuse/relay box.

 2.    Inspect the relay and socket terminals to be sure
      they are all making good contact.
