SPARK PLUGS
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE SERVICES
5. Spark Plugs 5) Remove the ignition coil.
A: REPLACEMENT
1. SOHC MODEL
1) Remove the intake duct and intake chamber.
2) Remove the washer tank and put it aside.
3) Disconnect the spark plug cord.
4) Remove the spark plug with a plug-wrench.

6) Remove the spark plug with a spark plug socket.

5) Set the new spark plugs.
Recommended spark plug:
CHAMPION: RC10YC4 (Standard) PM-00112
NGK: BKR5E-11 (Alternate)
NGK: BKR6E-11 (Alternate) 7) Set new spark plugs.
6) Tighten the spark plug lightly with hand, and Recommended spark plug:
then secure with a plug-wrench to the specified 2.0 L Turbo model
torque. NGK: PFR6G
Tightening torque: STi model
