                                          Using accurate tester, inspect the following items, and
                                          replace if defective.
                                          1) Primary resistance
                                          2) Secondary coil resistance
                                          CAUTION:
                                          If the resistance is extremely low, this indicates the
                                          presence of a short-circuit.
