                                                                                             BO2N2-01


                                 REMOVAL
                                 1.  REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
                                 2.  REMOVE FRONT MUDGUARD
                                 3.  REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER
                                 4.  REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION
                                 Remove the 4 nuts and front bumper extension.
                                 5.  REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION
                                 (a) Remove the 5 bolts.


   : 6 Clips                     (b) Using a drill, cut the flange portion of the 2 rivets.
                                 HINT:
                                 Wind tape so that the drill blade appears approx. 5 mm (0.20
                                 in.) on the edge.
                                 NOTICE:
                                  S     If the drill is pressed too firmly, the rivet will also ro-
                                        tate with the drill edge, thus its flange will not be cut.
                                  S     If the drill is pried against the rivet, the installation
                        H12083          hole of the rivet may be cut or the drill blade may be
                                        damaged.
                                  S     Use caution against the hot rivet after cut.
                                 (c) Remove the front wheel opening extension.
                                 (d) Remove the bolt and front wheel opening extension re-
                                        tainer.

                                 6.  w/ Cladding panel:
                                     REMOVE FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE MOULDING
Adhesive Tape                    (a) Remove the nut.
                                 (b) Using a heat light, heat the moulding to 40 - 60
