DISASSEMBLY
1. REMOVE OUTER SHIELD RH
Remove the screw and outer shield RH.
2. REMOVE OUTER SHIELD LH
Remove the screw and outer shield LH.
3. REMOVE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 screws and arm covers.
(b) Remove the 4 bolts and seatback assembly.
4. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER
(a) Remove the seatback boad.
(b) Remove the hog rings.
(c) Zip the seatback cover open to remove the seatback cover.
5. REMOVE SEATBACK PAD
Remove the seatback pad from the seatback frame.
6. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RH AND LH
Remove the 8 bolts, reclining adjuster RH and LH.
7. REMOVE RECLINING CONNECTING PIPE
8. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER
Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover.
9. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION PAD
Remove the seat cushion pad from the seat cushion frame.
10. REMOVE SEAT LOCK COVER
11. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT LAP BELT
Remove the bolt and rear No. 2 seat lap belt
12. REMOVE SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY
