CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
This solenoid goes on when signals are received from the ECU and controls the pressure acting on the wheel
cylinders thus controlling the braking force.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1 Check hydraulic brake booster solenoid.

PREPARATION:
2 Disconnect the 2 connectors (V10, V12) from the hydraulic

LOCK 4 brake booster.
CHECK:
V10
Check continuity between each of the terminals V10 - 4 and
7 V12 - 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of hydraulic brake booster con-
10 9 8 nector.
