                                           REMOVAL
                                           NOTICE:
                                           Do not open the cover or the case of the ECU and various
                                           electrical devices unless absolutely necessary (If the IC
                                           terminals are touched, the IC may be destroyed by static
                                           electricity.).
                                           HINT:
                                           For step 1 to 6, refer to page BO-66 .
                                           1.    REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL
                                           2.    REMOVE PARKING BRAKE HOLE COVER
                                           3.    REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX
                                           4.    REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH
                                           5.    REMOVE ASH RECEPTACLE BOX
                                           6.    REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER FINISH PANEL




                                           7.    REMOVE AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY
                                           (a) Disconnect the airbag sensor connector.
                                           NOTICE:
                                           Remove the connector with the airbag sensor assembly
                                           installed.
                                           (b) Using a torx wrench, remove the 3 screws and airbag sen-
                                                 sor assembly.
                                                 Torx wrench: T40 (Part No.09042-00020 or locally
                                  H07369         manufactured tool)
