DTC C1350 / 51 ABS & VSC Actuator Pump Motor Fail-
ure
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
DTC No. DTC Detecting Condition Trouble Area
When any of the following 1. through 3. is detected.
1. No motor voltage supply after actuation of the motor
relay.
S ABS & VSC actuator pump motor
C1350 / 51 2. A high level of motor voltage with no actuation of the
S ABS & VSC actuator pump motor circuit
motor relay.
3. The pump motor voltage is high level for a certain time
after the motor relay has elapsed.

DIAGNOSTICS - ABS WITH EBD & BA & TRAC & VSC SYSTEM
INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1 Check operation of ABS & VSC actuator pump motor.
PREPARATION:
5 Disconnect the connector from the ABS & VSC actuator.
CHECK:
Connect positive lead to terminal 6 and negative lead to
terminal 5 of the ABS & VSC actuator, check that the pump mo-

tor is operated.
OK:
The running sound of the pump motor should be
F13439 heard.
NG Replace ABS & VSC actuator.
OK
2 Check for open circuit in harness and connector between ABS MTR relay, ABS & VSC
actuator and ECU (See page IN-31 ).
OK Check and replace skid control ECU.
NG
Repair or replace harness or connector.
