INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1 Check voltage between terminals RBAT, RLO, RME, RHI and RG of A/C control
assembly.
ON RRLO PREPARATION:
RRME Remove A/C control assembly with connectors with still con-

nected.
CHECK:
(a) Turn ignition switch to ON.
(b) Push in rear A/C main switch.
(c) Measure voltage between terminals RRHI, RM1 and
RG (+) (-) RRAT of A/C control assembly connector and body
I20994 ground when the rear A/C blower switch is operated to fol-
lowing positions.
OK:

RRAT-RG RLO-RG RME-RG RHI-RG
Position
Auto Below 1.0 V 10 - 14 V 10 - 14 V 10 - 14 V
LO 10 - 14 V Below 1.0 V 10 - 14 V 10 - 14 V

OK Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on
problem symptoms table (See page DI-697 ).

AUTO LO ME Remove rear A/C control panel.
OFF HI CHECK:
Check continuity between terminals of rear A/C control panel
