2. REMOVE MASTER CYLINDER (See page BR-14 )
3. w/o VSC:
REMOVE ABS ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY (See page
BR-41 )
4. w/ VSC:
REMOVE BRAKE LINES
Using SST, remove the 2 brake lines.

5. DISCONNECT VACUUM HOSE FROM BRAKE
SST
BOOSTER
6. REMOVE LOWER FINISH PANEL AND NO. 1 SAFETY
PAD INSERT (See page BO-98 )
F13174 7. REMOVE PEDAL RETURN SPRING, CLIP AND CLE-
VIS PIN
(a) Remove the pedal return spring.
(b) Remove the clip and clevis pin.
8. REMOVE BRAKE BOOSTER
(a) Remove the 4 nuts and clevis.
(b) Pull out the brake booster and gasket.
