DISASSEMBLY
1.  REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE
2.  REMOVE CUP HOLDER
3.  REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER
4.  REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVERS
5.  REMOVE NO.1 SEAT INNER BELT
6.  REMOVE CENTER ARMREST
Remove the 2 bolts and 2 center armrests.
7.  REMOVE SEATBACK HINGE COVERS
8.  REMOVE NO.1 RECLINING COVERS
9.  REMOVE SEATBACK BOARD
10. REMOVE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 4 bolts.
(b) Disconnect the reclining connecting pipe sub-assembly, then remove the seatback assembly.
11. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER
(a) Pull out the reclining connecting pipe sub-assembly.
(b) Remove the hooks of the seatback cover.
(c) Remove the headrest.
(d) Remove the 2 headrest supports.
(e) Remove the seatback frame from the seatback cover with pad.
(f) Remove the seatback cover from the seatback pad.
12. REMOVE REAR NO.1 SEAT HINGES AND RECLINING CONNECTING PIPE
(a) Remove the 6 bolts.
(b) Remove the rear No.1 seat hinges and reclining connecting pipe.
13. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
Remove the 4 bolts and seat cushion assembly.
14. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER
(a) Remove the seat cushion frame from the seat cushion cover with pad.
(b) Remove the seat cushion cover from the seat cushion pad.
15. REMOVE SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE
16. REMOVE FRONT CONNECTING PIPE
17. REMOVE REAR NO.1 SEAT ADJUSTER
Remove the 5 nuts and rear No.1 seat adjuster.
18. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCKS
Remove the 4 bolts and 2 rear seat locks from the No.1 seat leg.
