AIR CONDITIONING - FRONT A/C BLOWER MOTOR

INSPECTION
1. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 FINISH PANEL
(See page BO-101 )
2. REMOVE ECM
(a) Disconnect the connectors.
(b) Remove the 3 bolts and ECM.

3. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 3 screws and blower motor.

1 4. INSPECT BLOWER MOTOR OPERATION

Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 and
the negative (-) lead to terminal 1, then check that the motor ro-
tates smoothly.
If operation is not as specified, replace the blower motor.
5. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR
(a) Instal the blower motor with the 3 screws.
(b) Connect the connector.

(a) Install the ECM with the 3 bolts.
(b) Connect the connector.
7. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 FINISH PANEL
