                                  DISASSEMBLY
                                  1.    Manual A/C:
                                        REMOVE BLOWER RESISTER
                                  Remove the 2 screws and bloewr resistor.
                                  2.    Auto A/C:
                                        REMOVE BLOWER BLOEWR MOTOR LINEAR CON-
                                        TROLLER
                                  Remove the 2 screws and blower motor linear controller.
                                  3.    SEPARATE COOLING UNIT CASES
                                  (a) Using a knife, cut off each packing.
                                  HINT:
                                  At the time of reassembly, please refer to the following item.
                                  Do not reuse the packing
                                  (b) Remove the 6 screws, then separate the cooling unit
                                        cases.




                                  4.    REMOVE EVAPORATOR
                                  HINT:
                                  At the time of reassembly, please refer to the following item.
                                  If evaporator is replaced, add compressor oil to the evaporator.
                                        Add 40 cc (1.4 fl.oz.)
                                        Compressor oil: ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

                                  5.    REMOVE THERMISTOR FROM EVAPORATOR
                                  Pull out the thermistor with holder.

                                  6.    REMOVE EXPANSION VALVE
                                  (a) Pry out the packing.
                                  HINT:
                                  At the time of reassembly, please refer to the following item.
                                  Do not reuse the packing
                                  (b) Remove the screw and 2 clamps.
                                  (c) Remove the holder and disconnect the heat sensing
                                        tube.
                         I03300   (d) Loosen the 2 nuts and remove the expansion valve.
                                        Torque:
                                        Expansion valve x Evaporator
                                        22 N
