                       AIR CONDITIONING   -   FRONT HEATER UNIT
                                                                                           AC0UN-03


                                  DISASSEMBLY
                                  1.     REMOVE AIR DUCT
                                  (a) Disconnect the control link.
                                  HINT:
                                  At the time of reassembly, please refer to the following item.
                                  Set the mode control lever and vent control door to "DEF" posi-
                                  tion, then connect the control link.
                                  (b) Remove the 2 screws.
                         I03309
                                  (c) Release the 2 claws and remove the duct.
                                  2.     REMOVE COVER
                                  3.     REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR
                                  (a) Remove the 2 screws and 2 clamps.
                                  (b) Pull out the heater radiator.
                                  (c) Remove the 2 screws, 2 clamps and 2 heater radiator
                                         pipes.
                                  HINT:
                                  Do not reuse the 2 O-rings.
                                  4.     Auto A/C:
                                         REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
                                  Remove the 3 screws and air mix servomotor.
                                  5.     Auto A/C
                                         REMOVE AIR OUTLET SERVOMOTOR
                                  Remove the 3 screws and air outlet servomotor, then discon-
                                  nect the control link.
