DTC U0100/65 LOST COMMUNICATION WITH ECM/PCM
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The ECM and skid control ECU always communicate the data for vehicle general control and diagnosis func-
tion each other through communication line.
The ECM receives the alarm demand signal and brake demand signal from the distance control ECU, and
it transmits them to the skid control ECU (brake actuator assy).
DTC No. DTC Detecting Condition Trouble Area
The malfunction code is output when the ECM receives the S Communication circuit
U0100/65 communication error signal for 1.0 sec. or more while the dy- S ECM
namic laser cruise control is in operation. S Skid control ECU (Brake actuator assy)

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1 CHECK WIRE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR(ECM - SKID CONTROL ECU)
(a) Check for an open or short circuit in harness and connector between the ECM and the skid control ECU
(See page 01-37 ).

HINT:
If the problem still occurs after the replacement, replace the brake actuator assy.
