1 CHECK RESISTANCE(CANL - CANH OF DLC3)

(a) Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and
CANH of the DLC3.

2 CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR(SKID CONTROL ECU - DLC3)
(a) Disconnect the junction connector (J17).

(b) Measure the resistance between the terminal CANL of
the DLC3 and CANL of the junction connector (J17).

3 CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR(CANL - CANH OF YAW RATE SENSOR
CONNECTOR)
(a) Connect the junction connector (J17).
CANH (b) Disconnect the yaw rate sensor connector.
(c) Measure the resistance between the terminals CANL and
CANH of the yaw rate sensor wire harness side connec-
tor.
OK:
Resistance: 1 M or higher

4 CHECK JUNCTION CONNECTOR(J17)
(a) Disconnect the junction connector (J17).
CANH CANH (b) Measure the resistance between the terminals 1 and 4 of
the junction connector.
OK:
Resistance: 1 or less
(c) Measure the resistance between the terminals 12 and 15
of the junction connector.
OK:
CANL CANL Resistance: 1 or less

(c) Measure the voltage between terminals IG and GND of
the yaw rate sensor connector.
OK:
Voltage: 10 to 14 V

6 CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR(YAW RATE SENSOR - BODY GROUND)
(a) Disconnect the yaw rate sensor connector.
GND (b) Measure the resistance between terminal GND of the yaw
rate sensor connector and body ground.
OK:
Resistance: 1 or less
