INSPECTION
1. INSPECT SHIFT LOCK SOLENOID
SLS- SLL+ (a) Disconnect the solenoid connector.
(b) Connect SLL+ (2) terminal to the batteries' positive (+)
terminal, and SLS- (1) terminal to the battery negative (-)
1 2 3 4 terminal, and apply about 12 V between SLL+ - SLS- ter-
mianls.
(c) Check that operation noise can be heard from the sole-
noid.
C97709 D30503 If the solenoid does not operate, replace the solenoid.
