           INSPECT HEATER CONTROL DIAL AND LEVER OPERA-
           TION
           Move the control dial and lever left and right and check for stiff-
           ness and binding through the full range of the levers.
           If a click sound cannot be heard or recoil is felt, adjust the con-

           trol cable or check the control cable and heater control assem-
           bly.
