SUSPENSION AND AXLE   -   REAR SHOCK ABSORBER
                                                                          SA1KF-02


              REMOVAL
              1.    SUPPORT BODY WITH SAFETY STANDS
              (a)   Jack up and support the body on safety stands.
              (b)   Lower the axle housing until the leaf spring tension is free,
                    and keep it at this position.
              2.    REMOVE REAR WHEEL
              3.    REMOVE REAR SHOCK ABSORBER
              (a)   Remove the bolt and nut on the lower side of the shock
                    absorber.

              (b)   While holding the piston rod, remove the nut, retainer,
                    cushion and shock absorber.
              (c)   Remove the 2 retainers and cushion from the shock ab-
                    sorber.
