                   REMOVAL
                   1.    REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER
                   2.    DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE (-) BATTERY
                         TERMINAL




                   3.    REMOVE STARTER ASSEMBLY
                   (a)   Disconnect the terminal 50 connector from the starter.
                   (b)   Remove the nut and disconnect the wire harness from ter-
                         minal 30.
                   (c)   Remove the 2 bolts and the starter.
