A. Clean Front and Rear Mounting Areas
STOP 1. Clean and degrease front and rear body panels
where mudguards are to be located with
3MTM Prep Solvent-70.
i. When cleaning with 3MTM Prep
Solvent-70 follow the manufacturer s
directions. Do not allow cleaner to air dry. Fig. B1

B. Front Mudguard Installation
STOP 1. Remove the two (2) vehicle clips securing the 1

fender liner at the two positions shown.
(Fig. B1)
STOP 2. Install the grommets (1) & (3). (Fig. B2)

3. Attach and loosely secure the front mudguard
by tightening the lower screw 2 . Tighten the

two other screws (2) fully while taking care

that no gap is left between the front mudguard
and the fender panel. Then fully tighten the
lower screw. (Fig B3) 2

4. Repeat procedure (B.1. B.3.) for other side.

C. Rear Mudguard Installation
STOP 1. Hold the rear mudguard against the rear
bumper so that the attaching portion is brought
into close contact with the bumper. Fig. B3 2

STOP 2. Using mudguard as a template drill two (2)
8 mm holes in the locations shown, while
holding part tight against body. (Fig. C1)

3. Install the two (2) Tinnerman U-nuts (6) in the

drilled holes shown. (Fig. C2)

4. Install the grommet (5) in the hole below. 6

5. Attach and loosely secure the rear mudguard
by tightening the lower screw (4). Tighten the

two other screws (4) fully while taking care

that no gap is left between the rear mudguard

and the bumper. Then fully tighten the lower

6. Repeat procedure (C.1. C.5.) for other side.
