1. Description
                            N-channel enhancement mode field-effect power transistor in a plastic package using
                            TrenchMOSTM technology, featuring very low on-state resistance and TrenchPLUS
                            diodes for clamping, ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection and temperature
                            sensing.
