Capacitor.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 1, 2004 on manufacturing basis

REASON FOR CHANGE: Eliminate use of PVC in Radial electrolytic capacitor.

ENGINEERING CHANGE DETAILS:
Effective on 10/01/2004 on manufacturing basis, all Panasonic radial capacitor will be
changed to PET (Poly Ethylene Terephthalate) from PVC (Polyvinyl chloride). The
following are the series for this change:
