       DESCRIPTION
       This MOSFET is the latest development of STMi-
       croelectronics unique "Single Feature SizeTM"               INTERNAL SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM
       strip-based process. The resulting transistor
       shows extremely high packing density for low on-
       resistance, rugged avalance characteristics and
       less critical alignment steps therefore a remark-
       able manufacturing reproducibility.
