Start with the IRD power off from the back panel.

IMPORTANT: Use the supplied uptool.exe and wait until the display shows good.

Do not use any other file but the supplied romb34.bin.
To upload the original software use the standard coship tool (see end of readme).
Use CHup/down to delete digits in the additional menu.
Next to come: ChannelEdit compatible version.
