1.1 Process Flow Description
Box Reference
Flash upgrade Test Instruction, Standard. - If necessary, update the phone with the
(if needed) latest software revision.
Continue with Go/NoGo.
Go/NoGo Test Instruction, Standard. - Verify the radio parameters of the
phone by using a test instrument. If the phone fails, continue with
Trouble shoot, or if it passes continue with Manual test.
Manual test Test Instruction, Standard. - To verify the phone, all test actions
must be performed.
If the phone fails continue with Trouble shoot, or if it passes
continue with Warranty seal.
Troubleshoot Trouble Shooting Guide, Mechanical and Standard. - Trouble-shoot
(Mech/Std) the phone according to the guide for the most common faults.
If a fault is found, continue with Repair, otherwise continue with
Warranty seal and send the phone to higher level.
Repair Working Instructions, Mechanical and Standard. - Repair the faulty
(Mech/Std) phone according to the instruction.
Continue with Manual test.
Warranty seal Working Instructions, Mechanical. - Apply a warranty seal after
succeeded repair according to the instruction.
Return the phone to the customer or send to higher level.
