The Cayenne D Flash unit is shipped in one crate, ready for
installation. Carefully uncrate the Cayenne D Flash unit
and examine it for any signs of damage which may have
occurred in transit. M&R is not responsible for any damage
which occurs in transit. Should you discover any damage
to the unit after delivery to you, contact the freight
forwarder immediately to file a damaged goods claim.
Additionally, contact M&R's Customer Service department
at 1-630-858-6101 so that replacement parts may be
identified and ordered.

The crate contains the Cayenne D Flash unit, one carton
which contains the quartz heating elements, and one
carton which contains the signal cable and required Unlock the front frame holder assembly on the print head

installed on an M&R press which is not pre-wired for
integration into the presses PLC system, then an
additional carton will be enclosed which contains the
remote control box, floor stand with sensor assembly and
associated communication cables.

After removing the unit from the crate, install the two rear
leveling legs with plastic adjustment handles and leveling
pads as shown in the illustration below. The threaded
studs with adjustment handle are screwed into the
threaded hole on the lower leveling angle brackets on the
chassis, and then into the metal leveling pad which rests
on the floor.
